CO2RE® Intima – Women’s Intimate Wellness
Did you know that as you age, or after childbirth, your vaginal walls may start to stretch and lose the elasticity that they once had? This can be a very big issue for women of all ages. Weak vaginal walls can also lead to urinary incontinence and bladder leakage. Also, as women age they may begin to see discoloration of the vulva, have problems with vaginal itching, or begin to experience painful/dry intercourse.
CO2RE® Intima is a laser treatment that was developed to help women with vaginal dryness or itching, painful intercourse, bladder leakage & urinary incontinence. The CO2RE® Intima treatment helps create a healing response within the vaginal walls that can rebuild the elasticity that has been lost over the years or after child birth. This is a non-surgical procedure that is completed in a series of (up to) 3 treatments right in our office. This procedure has been found to be effective, virtually painless (slight discomfort is normal), and most patients feel a decrease in symptoms after the first procedure.
While this procedure is considered permanent, it is recommended that you have a yearly follow up just to maintain results.

Is It Permanent?
As with everything, time will eventually cause all skin to loosen. A once-a-year single treatment is recommended to maintain symptom relief.
Recovery Time
